The real estate market has faced several challenges over the past year, with many buyers and sellers experiencing the “Great Stay”. As we enter the final round of 2024,(hard to believe really), there is a sense of anticipation surrounding potential federal rate cuts. With a possible 0.25 to 0.50 basis point cut on the horizon during the Federal Reserve’s November 7 meeting, there is speculation that this may move the needle for Buyer’s to Buy. Fingers crossed.

And have you heard about  Y’all Street making its grand entrance into DFW with the anticipated opening of the Texas Stock Exchange by the end of 2025! This could transform DFW into a significant hub of financial activity, creating even more jobs. Texas has now surpassed New York in the number of finance jobs. Go Y’All Street!

And you might want to stock up on bananas, cherries and chocolate if the the Longshormans’ strike goes on for more than a week 🙂
